Are you ready???  We look forward to seeing you come out and support our school and to celebrate Seaforth’s 100th birthday together.  We want to take this opportunity to communicate what to expect at the Carnival for families to plan their visit accordingly.

 

The big party is happening rain or shine between 3pm-7pm so please dress accordingly.  Based on the extremely high demand of ticket pre-sales, expect there to be some line ups for food and games!  We anticipate the 3pm-5pm period to be the busiest.  We appreciate your patience.

 

Ticket presale on MunchALunch is now closed.  MunchALunch purchased tickets will be distributed to students in class today and tomorrow, so parents, please look out for them after school.  Any tickets that are unable to be delivered to students by the end of school day on Friday will be made available to be picked up at Carnival.  Please look for signs at the dedicated “pre-purchased tickets” table.

 

If you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, we will be opening up PAC’s Square online ticket pre-purchase to anyone tomorrow (Friday).  Pre-purchased tickets can be picked up at a dedicated table when you arrive at the Carnival.  Of course, we will also be selling tickets on-site during Carnival and Cash and Credit cards are both accepted methods of payment. Tickets can be used for both games and food and are sold in denominations of $5, $10, $25 or $50.  For a full list of required tickets for games and food, please check out our Carnival website, details will be posted this evening.  **Please note that all tickets sold for the Carnival are not refundable. 

 

There will be a variety of entertainment, food, games, activities and events happening in different areas of the school at different time slots. In order for families to familiarize themselves with Carnival grounds, we suggest families review the event map and schedule ahead of time to ensure not missing out on events and activities. Map and schedule will be posted on the Carnival website this evening. 

 

If you will be driving there, please note that parking around the school will be EXTREMELY limited so if you live close by, consider leaving the car at home.  If not, we recommend you to park further away from school along Hunter St/Ct, Piper Ave South of Government Road or at/near Charles Rummel Park. 

 

Silent Auction: 

Silent Auction of our division baskets and fantastic experiences (sporting event tickets, gym memberships, etc) are NOW AVAILABLE and will continue online until 6:30pm on Friday.  Bidding is open to Seaforth and the community so please invite any family and friends to win these awesome items while fundraising to support our school.  Visit https://carnival.seaforthpac.ca/silent-auction/ to BID NOW and for more info.  There is something for everyone so make sure to take a look! 

 

Volunteers: 

It is great to see so many families volunteering to support this event.  If you have volunteered to help, please head to our volunteer check-in desk at Mme Halverson’s classroom where you will be checked in and given further instructions.  We thank you in advance for your support and help!
